It’s about learning how to work with your body—
instead of against it.

I partner with women in midlife
through a body-led, functional, and design-informed coaching experience
that helps you reconnect with your body, restore your energy,
and create rhythms that actually hold.
This work weaves together:
– Functional Medicine principles (supporting your biology and root causes)
– Nervous system and somatic awareness (so your body feels safe again)
– Quantum Human Design (understanding how your energy is uniquely designed)
– Woman-centered coaching (so you are met, not managed)
This approach isn’t for everyone.

Over time, this work has taken shape in a simple, grounding way of returning to yourself.
I call it The NEST Method™—
a gentle rhythm of coming back into relationship with your body.

Embody – reconnecting with sensation, breath, and nervous system
See Clearly – understanding your patterns and your design
Tend – creating rhythms that feel sustainable and supportive

Over these three months, we walk together through:
– Private coaching conversations
– Group breathwork and integration
– Ongoing support between sessions
A space to reflect, recalibrate, and return—

This work is shaped by both lived experience and clinical training.
I’m Sheila Asare—a Registered Nurse, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and trained in woman-centered coaching methodology.
My background in Functional Medicine, somatic work, and Quantum Human Design allows me to see the body not as something to fix—
but as something to listen to.
But more than that—
I’ve lived the experience of being out of sync with my own body.
Of navigating diagnosis, fatigue, and the quiet fear that this might just be “how it is now.”
The more I tried to push, control, and override my body…
the more disconnected I became.
And the more I began to listen—
the more everything started to change.
This is the work I now offer.
Not from theory alone—
but from walking this path myself,
and guiding other women back into relationship with their body, their energy, and their rhythm.

We focus on understanding your body, your patterns, and your daily rhythms—so you can begin to work with your body, rather than against it.
This is not about following a strict plan, but about creating a way of living that feels sustainable and supportive over time.
This approach is informed by Functional Medicine lifestyle principles, somatic coaching, Human Design insights, and consciousness-based frameworks such as Energy Codes® and Positive Intelligence® when helpful.
The goal is not to prescribe solutions, but to create space for insight, alignment, and sustainable change.

Coaching at The Nest is not medical treatment, therapy, or diagnosis.
Although Sheila Certeza Asare is a Registered Nurse (RN), she serves in the role of coach during these sessions—not as a healthcare provider.
Coaching focuses on awareness, lifestyle exploration, and personal growth.
Clients are encouraged to continue working with their physicians and healthcare providers for medical care.
This is very common.
Change is not only about information—it’s also about how your body responds to stress, habits, and daily life.
In our work together, we explore what may be getting in the way and how to create changes that feel more realistic and sustainable.
Not at all.
Human Design is used as a reflective tool when helpful, but it is not required.
Our work is always grounded in your lived experience and what feels supportive for you.
This approach is different in that we focus on how your body responds and adapts—rather than trying to force change.
Often, small shifts in awareness and rhythm can lead to more sustainable change over time.
Coaching services are usually SELF-PAY and are not typically covered by insurance.
Some clients may choose to use HSA or FSA funds, depending on their individual plan. Please confirm eligibility with your provider.
